Condition: Good very fine; Diameter: 42mm

Notes: William Betty (1791-1874), Shakespearean actor known as ‘The Young Roscius’. He was an extremely well-paid prodigy boy actor. His first performance in Covent Garden was in 1804, but he effectively retired in 1808 when he went up to Cambridge University.
